ReScreen API provides an AI-powered resume screening service that analyzes resumes against job descriptions to provide objective matching scores and insights. The service extracts information, performs analysis, and returns results via our API.

To access the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Using our API requires credits, which can be purchased through our platform. All payments are processed securely through PayPal. Credits do not expire, and we do not offer refunds for purchased credits.
We do not store the resume or job description data you send to our API. We process it, provide results, and then discard the original data. However, to improve our service, we may retain anonymized statistical information about API usage. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
Our system is designed to promote fair evaluation of candidates based solely on qualifications and skills. Users are responsible for ensuring their hiring practices comply with EEOC guidelines and anti-discrimination laws.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to hiring decisions made based on our API results.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
